RE: Application #UR85-1, filed by Jack Wilson, dba ~pecial Purpose Controls
requesting approval of the final development plan for Lot 1, Block 14,
Northeast Industrial Park (Approximately 701-735 E. North Street or 700-744
York).
At a special meeting held on April 30, 1985, the Salina City Planning Commission
reviewed the attached final development plan filed by Mr. Wilson. The proposed
plan would permit the construction of a 4,800 sq. ft. metal building to be used
for electrical and electronic assemblies, storage and office facilities, and
possible future vehicle and implement sales and repair.
The Planning Commission found that the development plan conforms to all Urban
Renewal Regulations, as well as the underlying I-2 (Light Industrial District)
regulations, they unanimously (5-0) approved the plan and recommended that the
City Commission take a similar action.
