Dear Ron,
This will serve as a Letter of Agreement between the City of Salina, Salina, Kansas and artist,
Ron Hinton for an aesthetic enhancement concept design for the City's Greeley Avenue Bridge
Project.
Ron Hinton has completed a prior site-visit and will produce concept drawing(s) which articulate
his design to be integrated with project construction materials. For these services, Ron Hinton
will be paid a fee of $500 upon receipt of the concept drawing/so
The parties understand and agree that the submitted design drawings are copyrighted and shall
remain and be reserved by Ron Hinton under the federal copyright law. Subsequent phases of
this project (design modification, fabrication and construction supervision) will be contracted
separately with the City of Salina upon project proposal review and approval by the CAD
Advisory Committee, Project Site Committee and upon final authorization from the City
Commission. '
