COMMISSION ACTION MOTION BY SECOND BY TO: (Published in The Salina Journal · 1985) ORDINANCE NUMBER 85-9070 AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE VACATION OF CENTURY PLAZA DRIVE, BETWEEN MAGNOLIA ROAD AND SATURN AVENUE IN MEADOWLARK ACRES ADDITION NUMBER 2 AND MEADOWLARK ACRES ADDITION NUMBER 3 IN THE CITY OF SALINA, SALINE COUNTY, KANSAS. BE IT ORDAINED by.the Governing Body of the City of Salina, Kansas: Section 1. That CENTURY PLAZA DRIVE, as shown on the recorded of Meadowlark Acres Addition Number 2 and Meadowlark Acres Addition Number 3 in the City of Saliha, Saline County, Kansas, from the north line of Magnolia Road to the south line of Saturn Avenue· which is adjacent to Block 1, Meadowlark Acres Addition Number 2 and Lot 1, Block 1, Meadowlark Acres Addition Number 3, be and the same is hereby vacated. Section 2. That the street hereby vacated shall revert to the adjacent property owners in accordance with K.S.A. 13-443. Section 3. This' ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption and publication once in the official city newspaper.
