hereby propose that such improvement be made in the manner provided by Article 6a, Chapter 12 of the Kansas
Statutes Annotated~ as amended.
(B) The estimate or probable cost of such improvement is One hundred forty two thousand three
hundred eighty one and 50/100 dollars
($ 142,381.50
(C) The extent of the proposed improvement district to be assessed as indicated on the attached plat and is
described as follows: See Exhibit A
iD) The proposed method of assessment is: Based on the adiusted front footaoe of each lot of
land and without regard to buildinqs or improvement of the land.
The proposed apportionment of costs between the improvement district and the City-at-large is:

EXHIBIT A
SCOPE OF WORK
The curbing, guttering, paving and ~rading of Seitz Drive from Apple-
wood Lane to Pheasant Lane, and Pheasant Lane from Georgetown Road to
the east line of Lot 6, Block 5, Replat of Blocks 4, 10, 11 and 12,
Georgetown Addition to the City of Salina, Kansas.
The installation of a storm drainage pipe in Seitz Drive beginning at
the intersection of Seitz Drive and Village Lane; thence running south
in Seitz Drive to the intersection of Pheasant Lane.
The installation of an 8" VCP sanitary sewer pipe beginning at an ex-
isting manhole located at the northeast corner of Lot 15, Block 4,
Replat of Georgetown Addition; thence running south alonq the east
line of said Lot 15, crossing Pheasant Lane to the northeast corner
of Lot 6, Block 5, of said Addition; thence running south along the
east line of said Lot 6 to its southeast corner; thence running west
along the rear of Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 to the southwest corner of
Lot 2, Block 5, Replat of Blocks 4, 10, 11 and 12, Georgetown Addition
where a manhole will be constructed which will be terminus of Lateral
Sewer No. 642.
The installation of a 6" C.Z.P. water main in Seitz Drive, by
connecting to an existing water main located at the northeast corner
of Lot 9, Block 4; thence running south along the west line of Seitz
Drive to the southeast corner of Lot 19, Block 4, Replat of Block 4,
10, 11 and 12, Georgetown Addition, and the installation of a 6"
C.I.P. water main in Georgetown Road by connection to a 6" water main
at the northwest corner of Lot 1, Block 4; thence running south along
the east line of Georgetown Road to Pheasant Lane; thence running east
along the north line of Pheasant Lane to Lot 15, Block 4, Replat of
Block 4, 10, 11 and 12, Georgetown Addition to the City of Salina,
Kansas.

Lots 5, 6, 7, 8, pt. 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, Block 3; part of Lot 5, all
