(4.2) The Week of February 17 through 23, 1985 - "ENGINEERS' WEEK". The
proclamation will be read by Larry Miles, President of the Smoky Valley Chapter
of the Kansas Engineering Society.
(4.3) The Week of February 10 through 16, 1985 - "U.S. JAYCEE WOMEN WEEK".
The proclamation will be read by Tammy Istas, Director of Salina Jaycee Women and
Chairman of the U.S. Jaycee Women's Week. [She will be accompanied by Edith
Herpich, President of the Salina Jaycee Women.]

(8.1) Second Reading Ordinance Number 85-9062 - adopting by reference the
Standard Traffic Ordinances for Kansas Cities as prepared and published by the
League of Kansas Municipalities, Edition of 1985; amending Section 38-1 of the
Salina Code and repealing the existing section.
(8.2) Second Reading Charter Ordinance Number 21 - relating to the imposition
and collection of municipal court costs and related fees; amending Charter Ordinance
Number 18 of the City of Salina, Kansas, and repealing the existing Charter Ordinance.
(8.3) First Reading Ordinance Number 85-9064 - providing for the registration
of certificate or license as a prerequisite for doing plumbing work.
