This Resolution will authorize the purchase of the Traylor Travel Building,
126 North Santa Fe, for a price of $40,000. The City will be responsible for
paying the relocation costs to the tenants. We anticipate this project will
be completed by April 1, so the building may be demolished completely and
incorporated as part of the arcade in this area.
