It is, therefore, our recommendation that the contract for this renovation project (Project No. 85-737) be awarded to the Bob Albers Construction, Inc. of Salina who submitted the low bid of $43,890.00 (Base Bid + Alt. No. 1 + Alt. No. 2). The architects estimate for this project was $62,500.00. Construction work on this project must be completed on or before April 30, 1986.
