PERMANENT EASEMENT FOR
STORMW A TER DRAINAGE DETENTION PURPOSES
Salina Airport Authority, a Kansas public corporation, (the "Grantor"), being the owner of
the hereinafter described real estate, does hereby give, grant, dedicate, and convey unto the City of
Salina, Kansas, a municipal corporation (the "Grantee"), an easement for storm water drainage
detention purposes on the following described real estate, in perpetuity:
A tract of land for a Stormwater Detention Structure and Easement, located in the
Southeast One-Quarter (SE Yt) of Section 3, Township 15 South, Range 3 West of
the 6th P.M., also being the East 325.00 feet, EXCEPT the South 390.00 feet of Lot
1, Block 1 of "AIRPORT INDUSTRIAL CENTER SUBDIVISION", City of
Salina, Saline County, Kansas as recorded in Plat Book A-8, at pages 21 and 22 of
the records of Saline County, Kansas, and being more particularly described as
follows:
Commencing at the Southeast Comer of Lot 1, Block 1, of said "AIRPORT
INDUSTRIAL CENTER SUBDIVISION", thence N 00°09'01" W, along the east
line of said Lot 1, Block 1, a distance of 390.00 feet to the true Point of Beginning;
thence continuing N 00°09'01" W, along said east line, a distance of 225.40 feet to
the north line of said Lot 1, Block 1; thence S 89°27'34" W, along said north line, a
distance of325.01 feet; thence S 00°09'01" E a distance of223.18 feet; thence N89°
51' 03" E a distance of325.00 feet to the Point of Beginning
Said tract contains 72,759 square feet, or 1.6703 acres, more or less.
Grantor hereby covenants that it is the lawful owner of the described premises and has the
right, power, and authority to convey the rights granted hereby.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned duly authorized officers of the Grantor set
their hands this 29th day of April, 2002.

the within instrument of writing on behalf of the Salina Airport Authority, and such persons duly
acknowledged the execution of the same to be the act and deed of said Authority.
