DEDICATION OF UTiliTY/PEDESTRIAN EASEMENT
Salina Regional Health Center, being the record owners of a strip of land along
Prescott Avenue, City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas does hereby give, grant, dedicate
and convey unto the City of Salina, Kansas, a permanent Utility/Pedestrian Easement over
and across the following described property:
The South Fifteen (15) feet of Lot Seven (7) of Surveyor's Plat "0" to the City of
Salina, Saline County Kansas.
That the undersigned hereby covenant that Salina Regional Health Center is the
lawful owner of the above described property and has the right, power, and authority to
convey the rights granted hereby.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Salina Regional Health Center, by its duly authorized
representative, has caused this Utility/Pedestrian Easement Dedication to be signed on
this frZ1 day of AUQust , 20~.
