STAFF MEMBERS PRESENT: Yvonne Gibbons- Health Department Director,
Lt. Chris Trowcheck - Salina Police Department
& Rose Base- Animal Shelter Coordinator

STAFF MEMBERS ABSENT: Mike Schrage-Deputy City Manager
Call to order:
The meeting was called to order by John Miller,
Vice Chairperson at 5:30 P.M.
Additions or changes to the agenda: None
Public comment:
None
Approval of October minutes:
A motion was made to approve the October
minutes by Marva and seconded by Frank,
motion passed.
Unfinished Business:
None
New Business:
Since there have not being any appeals filed
to the ACAB since it formed, frequency of
meeting quarterly was discussed.
The idea of meeting twice per year was
brought up, but some members thought that it
would not be enough for everyone to stay
connected. Another concern was that as new
members joined the board as other terms
expire there would be too much of a time
lapse. The board voted to continue to meet
quarterly. All were in favor.
