Second reading Ordinance No. 09-10527 providing an amendment to the use limitations to Lot 2 in the
Reserves at Prairie Glen Planned Development District.
BACKGROUND:
Ordinance No. 09-10527 was passed on first reading on December 7, 2009. The City Commission
postponed second reading of the ordinance until December 21, 2009.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Adopt Ordinance No. 09-10527 on second reading.
