Second reading Ordinance No. 09-10508 amending Chapter 2, Article VII, Section 2-162 of the Salina
Code pertaining to membership; appointment, and term of the Salina Arts and Humanities
Commission.
BACKGROUND:
Ordinance No. 09-10508 was passed on first reading on July 13, 2009 and since that time no
comments have been received.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Adopt Ordinance No. 09-10508 on second reading.
