The three (3) utility companies (Cable TV; KPL; and Southwestern Bell) do not have any existing facilities in the above described utility easement and do not envision future utilization of this easement. No City facilities exist in .or are planned in the easement. We are, therefore, recommending the twenty (20) ft.' wide utility easement between Lots 10 and 11, Block 22, Belmont Addition be vacated as requested. BE IT ORDAINED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina, Kansas: Section 1. That the 20~ utility easement located 'between Lots 10 and 11, Block 22, Belmont AdditiOn Addition to the City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas, be and the same is hereby vacated. Section :Z.
