Petition No. 3941 was filed by Robert M. Wasko, Attorney for all owners of tracts of
land in Eastridge Addition requesting vacation of portions of public street right-of-way
in said Addition.
The property owners in Eastridge Addition are in the process of creating a planned
development district for their area. The P,D.D. zoning would allow the use and
improvement of private streets as access to the various tracts within Eastri, dge Addition.
Approval of the P.D.D. requires the vacation of all public right-of-way within the
proposed P.D.D. area.
We, therefore, recommend the vacation of the following described street right-of-way in
Eastridge Addition. The entire vacated area shall, however, be retained as a public
uti 1 i ty easement.
Tract No, 1: A tract of.land located in the SW¼ of the NW¼ of Section 20, Township
14 South, Range 2 West .of the Sixth Principal Meridian jn Saline County, Kansas, more
particularly described as follows:
