Resolution Number 87-389~1, authorizing the Mayor of the City of Salina,
Kansas to execute a special warranty deed conveying to Wilson $ Company,
Engineers and Architects certain real estate pursuant to a lease dated
February 1, 1977.
Mr. Craig Elke, Wilson and Company, requests that the City execute a deed to
Wilson and Company covering the property in the 1977 Industrial Revenue
Bond issue. This issue was paid in full February 1, 1986. The City has
received a letter .from the fiscal agent, Bank IV, that indicates that the total
amount of principal and interest has been paid in accordance with the lease.

Gentlemen:
This letter is to advise you that Wilson & Company,
Architects and Engineers, the Tenant under the certain
Lease, dated February 1, 1977, wherein the City of Salina
was the Landlord, which Lease was recorded in office of the
Register of Deeds of Saline County, Kansas, on March 2,
1977, at 11:25 a.m. in Book 114 of Misc., pages 972-1003,
has paid to the undersigned, as Fiscal Agent, the full
amount which was necessary to redeem and pay in full (aa)
the principal of all the Landlord's outstanding bonds, (bb)
all interest due thereon in accordance with the terms of the
Bond Ordinance, (cc) all costs and expenses incident to the
redemption and payment of said bonds in full, plus (ii) the
sum of $100, and is entitled to receive a deed to the
property described in said Lease Agreement.
