pertaining to construction, reconstruction and repair of sidewalks.
BACKGROUND:
Ordinance No. 09-10494 was passed on first reading on March 23, 2009 and since that time no
comments have been received.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Adopt Ordinance No. 09-10494 on second reading.
