The Kansas Department of Transportation has submitted for the City's approval a
supplemental .agreement which modifies the original agreement between K.D.O.T., the
City of Salina, and Wilson & Company relating to construction engineering services
on the Iron Avenue Bridge at Fourth Street.
Wilson & Company entered into an agreement with K.D.O.T. and the City of Salina tO

also provides for an adjustment in Wilson & Company's overhead rate charges.
We are requesting that the Mayor be authorized to execute the attached Supplementail
