Second reading Ordinance No. 09-10486 amending Ordinance No. 08-10449 which vacated a
segment of the platted restricted access along the west side of Lot 1, Block 1 in the Lundberg
Addition.
BACKGROUND:
Ordinance No. 09-10486 was passed on first reading on February 9, 2009 and since that time no
comments have been received.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Adopt Ordinance No. 09-10486 on second reading.
