Briefing by' Beech Aircraft officials regarding expansion plans for Saliina
operations, and presentation of their request for Industrial Revenue Bond
authorization for the expansion project.
Discussion:
Beech has previously announced expansion plans and now wishes to make a public
briefing to the City Commission and other interested parties. At the same time
they will make formal application for Industrial Revenue Bond issuance authority.
Commission Action:
Commission will most likely want to set a public hearing date (preferably for ~the
April 11 Commission Meeting) on a Resolution of Intent to issue Industrial Revenue
Bonds.
