First reading Ordinance Number 99-9908 ordering and providing for a main storm water sewer and initiating
proceedings for the construction of such a main storm sewer.
Background:
This ordinance is part of the legislation necessary to provide the financing for construction of a storm sewer
from 9th and Claflin to the Second Street Slough. The project is authorized at $600,000 by the ordinance.
Recommendation:
Adopt Ordinance Number 99-9908 on first reading.
