Request to allow the filing of plans and specifications for the Community
Theatre expansion project. We are also requesting the City Commission set
the date of February 8, 1990, to receive bids on this work (Project No. 88-779).
The City Commission, at the December 11, 1989 meeting, expressed their desire
to proceed with this expansion project. The project architect, Mr. John
Shaver, has indicated plans could be available to potential bidders within
two (2) weeks.
