Consent to Special Meeting WAIVER AND CONSENT TO HOLD
A SPECIAL MEETING OF THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS
We, the undersigned, being duly elected, qualified and acting City
Commissioners of the City of SaUna, Kanses, and constitut!ng a majority of the
Board of Commissioners of the City of Sellne, Kenses, do hereby waive notice
end consent to the holding of a speclel meeting of the Board of Commissioners of
the City of SaUna, Kansas, on the 28th day of September, 1989, at 8:00 o~cleck
eom,, for the purpose of considering the following:
1. Second Reading of Ordinance Number 89-9346, authorlzing the City of
Salina, Kansas, to issue its Hospital Revenue Bonds (Asbury-Salina
Regional Medical Center, Inc., Project), Series 11989, for the purpose
of purchasing, constructing, improving, equipping, enlarging and
remodeling a hospital facility and approving a lease agreementw a bond
trust indenture, a bond purchase agreement, a preliminary official
statement and an official statement and certain other matters related
thereto.
2. Making appointments to a 7-member Bicentennial Center Task Force.
