Gentlemen:
Ryder Truck Rental, Inc., a Florida Corporation, who is purchaser
under contract of a portion of Industrially Zoned land in West-
port Exchange, has asked me to request certain changes in the re-
corded plat of that addition, as surveyed and engineered by Bucher-
Willis-Ratliff, Engineers, of Salina, copies of which are attached.
Basically, the changes are necessary for the purposes of enlarging
their existing facility located at 546 Westport Boulevard. In order
to accomplish this, they are purchasing land from two separate owners,
as shown by the attached plats, and in order to effect a rectangular
tract on the same side of the street, are requesting that the pre-
sent bend platted in Westport Boulevard North of St. Louis Street
be vacated, and a new dedication of land be made to straighten West-
port Boulevard as shown on the attached plats.
This request has been approved by the buyer, Ryder Truck Rental, Inc.,
and both sellers, for whom I am the broker, Dr. L. F. Eaton (Tract B},
and Doonan Truck and Equipment Co., Inc., Great Bend, Kansas.(Tract A).
There are no other owners of land affected by this change in the plat.

WESTPORT BOULEVARD DESCRIPTION
A portion of Westport Boulevard located within the Westport Exchange
Addintion, in the City of Salina, County of Saline, State of Kansas and
said tract being located in the Southeast Quarter of Section 15, T14S, R3W
of the Sixth Principal Meridian and being more particularly described as
follows:
Beginning at a point 165.62 feet north of the Southwest corner of
Block 2 of the Westport Exchange Addition; thence in a Northwesterly along
a curve to the left having a radius of 330.00 feet, an arc distance of
322.31 feet; thence N 55 57 38 W a distance of 212.40 feet; thence in a
northwesterly direction along a curve to the right having a radius of
215.74 feet, an arc distance of 203.03 feet; thence N 2 02 22 W a
distance of 8.69 feet; thence N 90 W a distance of 59.67 feet to the
North South Quarter Section line of said Section 15; thence S 00 02 17
W along the North South Quarter Section line of said Section 15, a
distance of 10.13 feet; thence S 2 02 22 E a distance of 0.69 feet;
thence in a Southeasterly direction along a curve to the left having a

in the Southeast Quarter of Section 15, T14S, R3W of the Sixth Principal
Meridian and being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point 165.62 feet North of the Southwest corner of
Block 2 of the Westport Exchange Addition; thence N 00 E a distance of
572.13 feet; thence N 90 W a distance of 60.00 feet; thence S 00 W a
distance of 572.13 feet; thence S 90 E a distance of 60.00 feet to the
Point of Beginning. The above describe tract of land contains 34,328 sq.
ft. or 0.7881 acres, more or less.
TRACT A
A tract of land lying in Block 2, of the Westport Exchange Addition,
in the City of Salina, County of Saline, State of Kansas and said tract
being located in the Southeast Quarter of Section 15, T14S, R3W of the
Sixth Principal Meridian and being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point 165.62 feet north of the southwest corner of said
Block 2 of the Westport Exchange Addition and said point also being on the
East right of way line of Westport Boulevard; thence N 00 E a distance of
572.13 feet to an iron pin; thence N 90 W a distance of 120.00 feet;
thence S 00 E a distance of 317.57 feet to the northeast right of way
line of Westport Boulevard; thence in a southeasterly direction on a curve
to the right having a radius of 330.00 feet and said curve also being on
the eastern right-of way line of Westport Boulevard, an arc distance of
290.74 feet to the Point of Beginnig. The above described tract of land
contains 47,412 sq. ft. or 1.0884 acres, more or less.

A tract of land lying in Block 2, of the Westport Exchange Addition,
in the City of Salina, County of Saline, State of Kansas and said tract

Exchange Addition; thence N 00 E along the east right of way line of
Westport Boulevard a distance of 165.62 feet; thence in a northwesterly
direction along a curve to the left having a radius of 330.00 feet, an arc
distance of 270.94 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence N 00 E a
distance of 317.57 feet; thence N 90 W a distance of 296.43 feet to the
East right of way line of Westport Boulevard; thence S 00 02 22 E along
the East right of way line of Westport Boulevard a distance of 8.69 feet;
thence in a southeasterly direction along a curve to the left having a
radius of 215.74, an arc distance of 203.03 feet; thence S 55 57 38 E a
distance of 212.40 feet; thence in a southeasterly direction along a curve
to the right having a radius of 330.00 feet, an arc distance of 31.57 feet

proposed Westport Boulevard, a distance of 170.00 feet; thence N 90 W a
distance of 60.00 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence N 00 E along the
West right of way line of proposed Westport Boulevard, a distance of
567.75 feet; thence N 90 W a distance of 416.10 feet to the North South
quarter Section line of Section 15; thence S 00 02 17 W along the North
South quarter Section line of Section 15, a distance of 567.75 feet;
