Temporary Use Permit Fee.
Information
On August 14, 1989, the City Commission gave final passage to Ordinance
#89-9331 - which established a Temporary Use Permit system for certain
transitory and seasonal uses. The attached resolution establishes a fee of
$10.00 for such permits to offset the cost of plan review and permit
processing.
Recommended Action
Consider approval of the attached resolution.
