Public Hearing on 1989 sidewalk improvement project; as required by Resolution
Number 89-4104, adopted July 24, 1989.
The notice of public hearing was published on July 28 and August 4, 1989 and a
notice was mailed to each property owner in the benefit district.
The City Engineer filed a feasibility report on the improvements on July 24, 1989.
At that me~ting the City Commission established 4:00 p.m. on August 7, 1989 as
the date and time for a public hearing to consider the improvements.
A breakdown of the proposed cost for the sidewalk project is as follows:

Fiscal impaCt
The City's share of the ~3roject is included in the 1989 Capital Improvement
Projects.
Recommended action
If it is the desire of the City Commission to proceed with this project, Resolution
Number 89-4105, determining the advisability of certain sidewalk improvements,
estimating the cost thereof, defining the boundaries of the improvement district,
method of assessment, and apportioning the cost between the improvement district
and the City-at-large, should be adopted.
