Sales Tax Information Release Agreement
SALES TAX INFORMATION RELEASE AGREEMENT
Kohl's Illinois, Inc. ("Kohl's") hereby consents and agrees that the City of Salina, Kansas
("City") is hereby authorized to release the sales tax information of the undersigned for
its Kohl's store to be located generally in the Lambertz Addition at South Ninth Street, in
the City; in connection with the City's issuance of its tax increment revenue bonds or
general obligation tax increment bonds pursuant to the terms set forth below. In the event
that more than one sales tax generator is operating within the Lambertz Addition TIF
District, the City covenants that it shall only release sales tax information of the Kohl's
store on an aggregate basis with all other sales tax generators within the Lambertz
Addition TIF District. The release of said sales tax information may be made by the City
solely for the limited purpose of preparing the City's annual financial report and filing
such sales tax information with the nationally recognized municipal securities
information repositories as necessary to satisfy the City's obligations under continuing
disclosure instructions or a continuing disclosure agreement entered into in connection
with the tax increment revenue bonds or general obligation tax increment bonds issued to
finance a portion of the development of Lambertz Addition.
