delivery of $1 ,980,000 principal amount of general obligation internal improvement
bonds, Series 2002-B
BACKGROUND:
This resolution implements the bond sale, awarding the sale of the bonds to the
designated bidder, providing for the form and details of the bonds.
Bids on the bonds are scheduled to be opened at 2:00 PM on July 8, 2002. A report on
bids received will be presented at the meeting.
