We wanted to take the opportunity again to thank both of you and your company/organization for your
willingness to access your facilities in the event of an emergency evacuation. Your support is essential
to having a plan for a safe exit for our student sin the event of a crisis or emergency.
Just to reiterate, our student and staff all evacuate to the football field. We will wait there until it is safe
to go back into the building. If it is deemed not safe to go back in and it will be longer than a short wait,
that is when we would initiate an evacuation off campus to Lakewood Lodge and Great Plains Main
office and Training Center. As students are evacuating to those locations, buses will be on their way to
pick up our students. The stop at your facilities should therefore, not be too long in nature.
We realize this isn't the most convenient event for your companies should it occur. Therefore again, we
thank you for your valuable support of our students and school district.
if YGU have any questions, please contact Greta Lagerberg who is coordinating evacuation efforts.
