St. John's Hospital has submitted a letter withdrawing its petition for the vacation
of Johnstown Avenue.
Since the October 8, 1990 public hearing was continued until today's meeting, the
public hearing should be resumed, the withdrawal of the application should be
announced and the public hearing closed. No further action by the City
Commission should be necessary.
