ITEM: Ordinance No. 08-10458
Second reading Ordinance No. 08-10458 levying special assessments against certain lots and pieces
of property to pay the cost of abatement of nuisances.
BACKGROUND:
Ordinance No. 08-10458 was passed on first reading on August 11, 2008 and since that time no
comments have been received. The total amount to be has been reduced to $13,902.18 due to a
payment received in the City Clerks Office.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Adopt Ordinance No. 08-10458 on second reading.
