Petition Number 3993 was filed by Pastor Loren D. Houltberg, Emmanual Foursquare
Church, for the vacation of the storm water drainage easement on the South 325'
of Lot 2, Block 1, Lundberg Addition; and the vacation of the West 20' of the
Utility easement along the east line of Lot 2, Block 1, Lundberg Addition.
The Engineering Department has reviewed the request for vacation of easements
and is prepared to make recommendations to the City Commission. The vacation
of the storm water drainage easement is allowable pursuant to a set of
conditions. The vacation of the West 20 feet of the utility easement along the
east line of Lot 2 is inappropriate due to the existence of a 27" sanitary
sewer.
Recommended action.
It is recommended that the City Commission set September 10, 1990 as the date
for the public hearing for this easement vacation request.
