A request was filed by Robert L. Marietta, President of Fairfax Enterprises, Inc.
to keep 5 hives of bees (one active) at 1740 Beverly Drive (West of Old Dry
Creek and North of the Moose Lodge)
The premises have been inspected by the Health Department and the Health
Officer feels there is no reason for this area to cause a problem.
Recommended action
Authorize the City Clerk to issue a perm!t to keep bees at 1740 Beverly Drive.
