Kindly secure execution of all copies of this contract by having your
Mayor orian appropriate official sign with ink on the line indicated on Page 5.
Then have your City Clerk sign with ink on the line indicated under the word
"Attest" on Page 5, and affix the imprint of the City's seal on all copies.
Also, kindly furnish Resolution from City or governing body which
empowers' the Mayor or appropriate official to sign for the City of Salina,
Kansas.
When all copies have been properly executed, return all copies to the
undersigned for further handling.

De IT RESCLVED by the Caverning Body of the Cit,,., of Salina,
Kansas:
That the terms of the agreement submitted by Missouri Pacific Railroad
Company as aforesaid be, and the same are hereby accepted in behalf of said
City;
That the "Aayor of said City is hereby authorized, empcvrered, and
directed to execute said agreement on behalf of said City, and that the City
Clerk of said City is hereby authorized and directed to attest said agreement
and to attach to each duplicate original of said agreement a certified copy of this
resolution.
