Mayor Frank will speak. Other City Commissioners may be
present. No City business to be conducted.
2. New Mayor Orientation
Tuesday, April 24, 8: 30 a.m., City Manager's Office.
City Manager, City Manager's Secretary', Mayor Frank, Vice-Mayor
Ryan, outgoing Mayor Warner will meet to discuss Mayor and
Vice-Mayor duties; e.g., greeting conventions, business openings,
outside committees, Kansas League of Municipalities voting and
committees, scheduling through City Manager's office, written
correspondence, Roberts Rules of Order, etc.
No other City business to be di.~cussed or conducted.
