This resolution would authorize the filing of an application with the
Environmental Protection Agency (E.P.A.) for a grant under the Federal Water
Pollution Control Act to aid the City of Salina construct advanced wastewater
treatment facilities at our S.T.P. No. 1.
We recommend the City Commission approve the attached Resolution 90-4174
which gives the City Manager authority to file the grant appl~Cati~ and to
sign all necessary documents on the City's behalf in regard to this application.
