Second reading Ordinance No. 07-10413 amending the Comprehensive Plan and providing a change
in zoning district classification from C-1 and A-1 to PC-5 and PC-2 in the Quail Meadows Estates
Commercial Addition.
BACKGROUND:
Ordinance No. 07-10413 was passed on first reading on September 10, 2007 and since that time no
comments have been received. Second reading of this ordinance was held until City Commission
approval of the final plat of the Quail Meadows Estates Commercial Addition.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Adopt Ordinance No. 07-10413.
