GRANT OF PERMANENT UTILITY EASEMENT
Richard J. Main and Nancy L. Main, husband and wife, (the "Grantors"), being
the owners of the hereinafter described real estate, do hereby give, grant,
dedicate, and convey unto the City of Salina, Kansas, a municipal corporation,
(the "Grantee")
A Permanent Utility Easement, in perpetuity, on the real estate legally
described on the attached and incorporated Exhibit A and depicted on
the attached and incorporated Exhibit B for the purposes of locating,
constructing, excavating, and maintaining poles, wires, conduit, pipeline,
and junction boxes for the purpose of conducting, transmitting, and
distributing water, sewage, electricity, gas and electronic communications
by the City, its franchisees, and its licensees.
Grantors acknowledge that this Grant of Permanent Utility Easement shall
neither alter nor affect the Grantors obligation to maintain the described real
estate.
Grantors hereby covenant that they are the lawful owners of the described
premises and have the right, power, and authority to convey the rights granted
hereby.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Grantors set their hands this I"f\" day of

A parcel ofland located in Lot 11, Village ofLoretto to the City of Salina, Saline
County, Kansas, being 5.69 feet in with and used for utility purposes, more particularly
described as follows:
Commencing at the Northwest corner of said Lot II; thence on an assumed bearing of
N 89016'20" E along the North line of said Lot II a distance of211.44 feet to the
Northeast corner ofa parcel recorded in Deed Book 361, Page 99 at the Saline County
Register of Deeds Office, said point also being the POINT OF BEGINNING of the
parcel to be described;
- thence continuing N 89016'20" E along said North line a distance of5.69 feet;
- thence S 00016'16" E a distance of3IO.00 feet;
