Award of contract for East Crawford Ball Field Fence Project No. 91-831.
Background
This project involves the installation of 6-foot chain link outfield and foul
line fence and a 30-foot backstop similar to the one on the north field at the
East Crawford Recreation Area. This field is located north of the Premier
Baseball Diamond.
Three valid bids were received on Tuesday, April 30, 1991 as follows:

The Engineer's estimate for the project is $18,000. The 1991 budget allocates
$18,000 to the Parks and Recreation Department for this project.
Recommendation
It is recommended that the City Commission award the contract to American Fence
Company of the Midwest, Inc. for the East Crawford Recreation Area Ball Field
Fence Project No. 91-831 in the amount of $17,310.
