installation of a sanitary sewer to serve Lots 4, 5, 6, 7, Block 1, King Addition.
Recommended action
Refer Petition 4011 to the City Engineer for a report on the validity and for the
preparation of a feasibility report on the improvements.

(E) The proposed apportionment of costs between the improvement district and the City-at-large is:
