First Reading Ordinance Number 91-9428, authorizing the issuance of General
Obligation Bonds, Series P-237 in the amount of $1,300,000.
This ordinance provides for the permanent financing of several street and utility
improvement projects and the Second Street Drainage Improvements. The ordinance
authorizes:
(1) Issuance, sale and delivery of the bonds.
(2) Redemption of Temporary Notes issued for the project.
(3) Approval of an agreement with the State Treasurer to serve as Bond
Registrar.
(4)' Preparation of the preliminary and final official statements.
Recommended action
Introduce Ordinance Number 91-9428 for first reading.
