GRANT OF PERMANENT SIDEWALK EASEMENT
Kindlesparger Construction, Inc., a for profit Kansas corporation, ("the Grantor"),
being the owner of the hereinafter described real estate, does hereby give, grant,
dedicate, and convey unto the City of Salina, Kansas, a municipal corporation, (the
"Grantee")
A permanent easement, in perpetuity, over and across a strip of real property
situated on Falconview Drive and Sherwood Lane in Block 1 of Golden Eagle
Estates Addition NO.4 to the City of Salina, Saline County legally described on
the attached Exhibit A and depicted on the attached Exhibit B for the purpose of
constructing, maintaining, operating and replacing a four (4) foot public sidewalk.
Provided, that the Grantor and his heirs, successors and assigns may fully use
and enjoy this strip of real property in any manner that will not interfere with its
continued use as a public sidewalk.
Grantor hereby covenants that he is the lawful owner of the described premises
and has the right, power, and authority to convey the rights granted hereby.
