First reading Ordinance No. 02-10080 providing for an amendment to Chapter 8, Section 8-281 of the
Salina Code.
BACKGROUND:
On October 22, 2001, the City Commission adopted the Uniform Mechanical Code. This ordinance will
correct a typographical error stating that the Uniform Mechanical Code was published by the
International Conference of Building Officials. Instead, it should state that it was published by the
International Association of Plumbing and Mechanical Officials.
RECOMMENDATION:
Pass Ordinance No. 02-10080 on first reading.
