BACKGROUND:
The Salina Fire Department’s EM S Division has been in the proce ss of upgrading its patient care
reporting system to a web based software called EMS C harts. In order to run EMS Charts the fire
department needs to purchase four Panasonic Toughbook computers. The Toughbooks when teamed

acquisition of the Toughbooks and EMS Charts will al so assist in transferring information to our
current billing software delivering information utilizing a web based
