Treatment Plant No. 1.
Background
After a thorough review, with the contractor and architect, it was determined a
metal purlin support for the batt insulation included in the building design
could be deleted without adversely affecting the function of the building. All
seams in the insulation batts will be taped in lieu of the metal supports.
The attached Change Order No. 3, in the amount of -$111.00, provides details of
the proposed deletion.
Recommendation
It is recommended the City Commission approve Change Order No. 3, in the amount
of -$111.00, deleting a certain item included in the original contract for the
Maintenance Facility (Project No. 91-842) at Wastewater Treatment Plant No. 1.
