First Reading Ordinance Number 92-9513, authorizing the issuance of Water
and Sewerage System Revenue Bonds, Series 1992, in the amount of
$15,000,000.
This Ordinance provides for the initial financing of the improvements at
Wastewater Plant Number 1 and of the Interceptor Sewer Project. The
Ordinance authorizes:
1) Issuance, sale and delivery of the bonds.
2) Approval of an agreement with the State Treasurer to serve as Bond
Registrar.
3) PreParation of the preliminary and final .official statements.
Recommended Action
1) Introduce Ordinance Number 92-9513 for first reading.
2) Declare an emergency to exist so the ordinance can be considered for
. second reading at this meeting because there is no meeting on July 29,
1992.
3) Adopt Ordinance Number 92-9513 on second reading.
