Second Reading Ordinance Number 92-9509, providing for the amendment of
Ordinance Number 8526, the same being Chapter 42 of the Salina Code, and the
zoning district map therein and thereby adopted and providing for the rezoning
of certain property within the City and prescribing the proper uses thereof.
Zoning Application #92-3, filed by David Divilbiss, requesting a change in
zoning district classification from R-1 (Multi-Family Residential) to PC-5
(Planned Service Commercial) to allow construction of a storage building on
property located at 1544 Beverly Drive.
This ordinance was introduced for first reading on June 1, 1992.
Recommended Action
Adopt Ordinance Number 92-9509 on second reading.
