GRANT OF PERMANENT UTILITY EASEMENT
Dennis L. Webb and Connie J. Webb, husband and wife, (the "Grantors"), being
the owners of the hereinafter described real estate, do hereby give, grant,
dedicate, and convey unto the City of Salina, Kansas, a municipal corporation,
(the "Grantee")
A Permanent Utility Easement, in perpetuity, on the real estate legally
described on the attached and incorporated Exhibit A and on the attached
and incorporated Exhibit B for the purposes of locating, constructing,
excavating, and maintaining poles, wires, conduit, pipeline, and junction
boxes for the purpose of conducting, transmitting, and distributing water,
sewage, electricity, gas and electronic communications by the City, its
franchisees, and its licensees.
Grantors acknowledge that this Grant of Permanent Utility Easement shall
neither alter nor affect the Grantors obligation to maintain the described real
estate.
Grantors hereby covenant that they are the lawful owners of the described
premises and have the right, power, and authority to convey the rights granted
hereby.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned duly authorized officers of the

A tract ofland located in Lot One (I), Plat 49, in the City of Salina, Saline County,
Kansas, more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the Southwest comer ofthe Plat of Millview Addition Blocks I & 2 to
the City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas;
Thence on a platted bearing ofN89025'E along the South line of said Millview Addition
for a distance of 118.7 feet, more or less to the West line of the land of Webb, a parcel
commonly known as 1721 Glen Avenue, described in Book 1051 Page 1243, Saline
County Register of Deeds, said point being the point of beginning;
From the point of beginning, Thence continuing along the South line of said MiIlview
Addition for a distance of 100 feet, more or less to the East line of said land of Webb;
