Background
Prev£ous to this meet£ag, the City Commission b&s determiaed the advisabil£t¥ of
cert&in water maia and saaitar¥ sewer improvements in Wallerius Addition No. 2~
a.k.a. $o:tbwestera ~obile ~ome~ PDD. ?bib area is located at the soutbe&stera
corner of Hageman and Saturn. The improvements consist of extension of the
existing 6-inch waterline and 8-inch sanitary sewer system.
Ail costs of these improvements are to be paid by the private property owners in
the benefit district by the special assessment method.
Recommendation
It is recommended that the City Commission. approve Wallerius Addition No. 2
Utility Improvements, Project No. 92-852, and set Tuesday, March 3, 1992 as the
date to ~eceive bids on the project.
