Second reading Ordinance No. 07-10405 levying special assessments against certain lots and pieces
of property to pay the cost of abatement of nuisances.
BACKGROUND:
Ordinance No. 07-10405 passed on first reading on August 20, 2007 and since that time no comments
have been received. The total amount of t he assessments has been reduced by $606 due to
payments received.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Adopt Ordinance No. 07-10405 on second reading.
