Resolution Number 93-4651 directing public notice of application for vacation
of a certain ten foot (10') utility easement located in Block Three (3),
Hoffman Replat of Part of Blocks One (1) and Two (2) and all of Blocks
Seven (7) and Eight (8) Hageman Park Addition to the City of Salina, Saline
County, Kansas.
Petition 4067 was filed by the Unity Church of Salina, Inc. requesting the
vacation of the east-west 10' utility easement adjacent to Lots 8, 9 and 10,
Block 3, Hoffman Replat of part of Blocks 1 and 2 and all of Blocks 7 and 8,
Hageman Park Addition, and was referred to Engineering in preparation for a
public hearing on the request.
The Engineering Department will be ready to make a recommendation on this
request at a public hearing to be held on November 15, 1993.
Recommended action
Adopt Resolution Number 93-4651 which sets November 15, 1993 as the date for
public hearing.
